S2-54 - Brad Maule - The Fans Saved My Life! (Interview)

Welcome to the 154th episode of The ETX ROCKS Show! Brad Maule is probably best known for his role as Dr. Tony Jones on the television series General Hospital, which he played from 1984 until February 2006.
Also a songwriter and singer, he first joined The Serendipity Singers, and toured the country with them. He also spent a year singing back-up in Hawaii for the popular performer, Don Ho. Eventually he sang back-up for Bobby Gentry and Jim Nabors. During his first year on General Hospital, Brad showed off his singing skills in a scene where he beautifully sang "Not a Day Goes By". His first album of country-western music, called "Livin' It Up," received popular acclaim; and he now has another CD/video on the market, titled "Chameleon." Most recently, Brad performed two songs, one of which he wrote, on "The Music of General Hospital." Recently Nathan Hunnicutt caught up with Brad for an episode of "Outside The Box" only on The ETX ROCKS Show in which they talk about the following topics:

-They talk about how originally Brad was only supposed to be on General Hospital for a year and then die, but fan support saved his character.
-When did Brad first start recording music?
